What a FABULOUS gem of a hotel !!! I almost don’t want to write a good review because I want to keep it all to myself. Incredible staff, super clean, and simply incredible design. A rare example of the hotel being actually better than the pictures. Bravo.

There is only security guard at night helping with self check-ins, a little inconvenient, but the staffs are very helpful. Rooms are small but have everything you need. Interesting concept to have a communal kitchen and lounge. Laundry facility is definitely a plus. The only downside is, there is renovation going on 3rd floor while we stay, but the hotel didn’t blocked off the unsightly mess.

Location was easy and quite a good view. Near MTR and lots of very local eateries. Close to tram to take you down memory lane and key shopping areas. Kingsley at concierge was great, organised taxi to get to HK station when heading to the airport

The rooms are way larger than the Ramada at TST and SYP so it felt more homey went you walked into the room. The lobby was very courteous.
